Well finally am losing and have been more relaxed about everything, even having a bagel as a treat for lunch, I don't know why I gained and plateaued like that but am glad I am back on a losing streak. I know I might plateau again, but at least I am down in the 170's now! I was 179.0 today.
My next mini-goal is to get below 170 again. No time-scale as I can only lose what I can lose when I can lose it. Apparently. I am just relieved to be out of the 180's! I am *still* in the obese range though but really do not look or feel obese, as I have a big frame and muscular build. But I know the extra weight is not good, and apple shaped people are more prone to heart disease and other issues and thats where my fat is, in the mid-zone. Anyhow so far so good, and will keep on trucking!
I finally came to a decision on my goal weight, and its 140 lbs, if I want to lose more then I will. That would be an excellent weight for me as I was pretty skinny and muscular then for a long time. I also think my start weight was 186.6 so changed that to be more accurate (and honest now I have lost about 8 lbs lol) as I did not realize how the tracker dealt with the increments, my scale measure them in 0.2 lb increments and I really like that. Anyhow hopefully the new scale will arrive soon. So based on my current weight and goal I need to lose 39 more lbs. Hopefully doable!
