Sat July 7th



More from the trip. Going to DH's friend's 60th birthday party, makes me feel old lol! Saw the horse who did not want to be ridden apparently and enjoyed her week off! DD's fish died and she was very upset, a friend had him and maybe they overfed him. Fish are so hard to manage!

Fri Jul 6th



Mount Saint Helens - very interesting National Historic Monument and well worth visiting. Back to reality today, work and trying to figure out the finances, had a fairly frugal vacation but definitely not easy managing money with another person, that is all I have to say!

Mount Hood, in Mirror Lake which is a nice short hike, and very spectacular view. Finally home and getting situated, and feel more relaxed at least for now!

We just had our summer vacation in California, now we have our winter one in Oregon, sitting by the fire watching the rain! Mount Hood last night.
