Yesterday was a little busy with work and then DD's piano and swimming in the evening. I swam laps again then had a sandwich. Stayed on track with my calories again and am not feeling hungry at all which is good. Usually it is worse when I have PMS otherwise I am normally fine with the snacking and cravings. Still feel I cannot eat a calorie more than I am though because I am only just losing and some of what I lost was water from eating sodium and my time of the month. I would love to get back under 160 by Aug 31st.

Back to Monday! Today we have piano and swimming! The horse-camp has ended, and am trying to wind down a bit and get ready for our trip, we leave in 3 weeks. Weight was down to 163.6 so that is a good 3 lbs loss and I can tell I think on my stomach. It is slow but at least it is a loss, though barely lost anything in measurements yet. I am 38 28 36 but my weight is mostly abdominal which is the worst place to have it, and why I am determined to lose it!

Sun



Busy day, errands and local area picnic which was ok but did for lunch and dinner! I was half a pound down yesterday but did not weigh today! After the County Fair!

Went to the fair, which was fun, and had a Greek sandwich for lunch which was delicious and healthy, and nothing else. Looked at all the animals and really decided to try to get a horse when I am back from UK and looking at places to keep it as we don't have the space or set-up here right now. It is possible later, but we have a lot of wetland which is not too useful.

Wetlands are fascinating, though. And with a small ditch dug through part of it, a small pond, fenced, can be set-up. A wetlands system can even become a sewer-treatment area--fence it. Sometimes we seem to need more self-sufficiency than at other times. Report Inappropriate Comment

Supposed to go to the County Fair today, which should be fun, yesterday I saw one client, as the other cancelled at the last minute then came home in the afternoon. Busy, busy, busy!! Not losing weight at all and not sure why I expect to any more since I have consistently done the right things, and have not been able to lose. At least I am not gaining, and will check my hormones when I come back from UK.
