Mon



Back to reality of Monday morning and work, and DD has her piano and swim class today. I am determined to get back on track with my eating and weighing, even if I do not actually lose. I am scared to get on the scale though! Going to weigh in and get back on track today! Last week was insane and I was sick and not home and just did not track or stay on track too well. Weighed in at 156.2 today which is up 3 or 4 lbs and am tracking daily now!

I do understand the fear of the scale - I gained a couple of pounds due to overeating and I need to see the numbers for my own accountability. Then I put my arms up and the weight just seemed to vanish!! LOL. love you, linda Report Inappropriate Comment

Sun



Had a nice day yesterday, went to the bookmobile and post office, then to the beach with a friend and her daughter and the Marine Science Center. Then we went and had hot chocolate, since it was not as warm as it looked! Drove home and ate pizza for dinner. Spring is here!!!

Sat



Yesterday was busy, went for a hike and it was nice and then got worse in the afternoon, I did not know it was early release for DD and they had to call me, their system does not work too well. Then we had a playdate and went to look at a small private school they may send their child (grand-daughter) to, it was very nice, but too far for us, and too expensive! Then went for Thai Food with them which was good, but not good for the diet!

Fri



Had a series of short walks and American Idol watching yesterday. It was not bad weather though very changeable and windy. Cold was worse but is better today so far. I have been totally off my diet though. Just too much going on and been out all the time.

Had a really nice time at the zoo and the sun came out and we had blue skies. Felt so much better to be out in the sun! Then we had Indian Food and did some errands. DH seems to be trying, and says he is depressed from his job and the weather, at least he is talking about it. Off to the acupuncturist and have a nasty sinus infection and cough, though much better this morning since I took a homeopathic remedy and got a good night's sleep!
