Could not sleep as my calves ached for some strange reason maybe from my uphill hikes last week! Nothing a hot bath will not cure I am sure! Back to the weight loss, as I am sure people think I just eat too many calories and am off, but I know I am not because I have tracked for 3.5 years now and everything is the same, and I even weigh and measure foods to check I am accurate, but here is the thing - I only lose weight on the 3rd week of my monthly cycle! So I know it has to be hormonal, and my habits and everything are consistent but that week I lose, the other three I don't! I think it is due to estrogen dominance and estrogen is waning then so I lose, I don't think it is just water though, it seems to be a true weight loss which though small I maintain when I have lost it. Anyhow I am hopeful the chinese herbs will help since I do think it is a physiological reason why I am not losing except that week when I am consistent. Well those are my rambling thoughts but they do make sense! I will see if he is ready to move onto this, when I see the acupuncturist today, he has been treating my heart, and my liver so far which makes sense to do first.
