Mon



Monday morning! Yesterday we took a drive up a mountain behind us and found the most amazing views. It was a gorgeous day too. We could see all the way to Seattle.

Having a quiet Sunday, got a good night's sleep and weighed in at 150.8 though not really losing now the initial water retention went away, but will keep plugging away as usual. DH is making pancakes for breakfast, oops!

Sat



Cleaned the house, which was a mess after 2 weeks and step-son visiting! DH grumpy and not feeling well. Not a good combo lol. Seems to be better now. Off to the bookmobile and plan a quiet weekend here, at least we are all caught up. Fall is really here, not sure if we will get a nice Indian summer this year, DH thinks not though due to El Nino and so far he is right about that! DD having fun on the cruise, she cried when we came home she missed it and wants to live on the cruise ship lol.

    very cute. If I had a place like that to hang out @, I wouldn't want to come home, either. LOL! We were hot for so long, then it cooled off so fast, I'm not sure what our fall is going to be like.

Back to reality and work! Making sure I get enough sleep and rest as well. Yesterday went smoothly and was down a pound. Getting my appetite back though! Down another pound today to 151.0 I will know more where I am at when dear Aunt Flo leaves. When we were in Juneau I ran out of pants and the only ones I could find to fit were Miley Cyrus jeans for teenagers!! The others were all too large!

What a day yesterday, between the cat and the PC issues which took ALL Day and I finally resolved, no thanks to 4 hours of tech support. I was in terrible pain from my neck and head, and finally took a homeopathic remedy and went to bed and 100% better today. I almost took an aspirin it was so bad, I just do not like to take medication, even aspirin as I worry about side effects. My Aunt was paralyzed after aspirin, Guillain–Barré syndrome and it took a year for her to get better. Homeopathy is amazing if you know what you are doing though. Have to see a client today. I am resigned about the cat, but just cannot believe this happened again.

    U are being stronger than I would be about the cat. Sorry U were in so much pain. Aspirin gives me horrible upset stomachs. I can only do Naproxin, but I ONLY take it when I'm REALLY bad. Like, migraine or crippled bad. Usually ice & a good massage makes mine better.
Glad your PC issues are resolved, even if U can't get those long 4 hrs back.
