Woke up early but feeling better today, and started taking my thyroid supplement again, I just have all the symptoms and starting at a low dose to see what happens. I have always been healthy and going to focus on that, but hormones affect the whole body and so will see how I feel with this. It is pretty mild and so will give it a little time. Not letting me put pictures in my blogs for some reason, hope they fix it! My weight is down a little to 151.8 - probably normal daily variation but I will take it!

    I thought maybe U weren't feeling well enough for pics. I've noticed there's been lots of little glitches as of late. Not sure what they have going on. Hopefully they all mean something neat for the website on the horizon. (wishful thinking. LOL!)

Did not get a good night's sleep and not feeling too great this morning. Very tired and my neck is out again, it makes my arms numb and hurts. I need to see the chiropractor again. Really just want to feel good. Weight is up and have been on track, just not able to lose any more I guess.

    My neck has been dealing me fits too. My gf I exchange massages with is getting married this wkend, so it will be another long span b4 we can exchange. I will have to break down & head to Omaha to see the "hot" chiro.

Planning a quiet few days here with no driving until Friday. Saw a friend yesterday and picked up groceries and staying put now! Comet cloud the other day! Down to 151.6 again - goodbye Aunt Flo and don't let the door hit you on the way...

Monday



Had fun at the fair, tho ate too much again! But not the junkiest food either. I was at 152.4 today so down from 154 and still retaining water, so will get back on track today and see what happens. Frustrating it is so hard to lose, and still procrastinating on the thyroid testing. DD after her vampire face paint at the fair!

Sun



Party was fun and off to the County Fair today. Tried not to eat too much and drank a lot of water at the party. It has been hot here. Bird at the beach on Friday.

    Our county fair was too hot & rainy to attend. We went to the county next to us b/c our oldest son was in a dunk tank. It was disgustingly hot there too, but was worth dunking the boy on my 2nd shot. He didn't think I could do it. LOL!
