Going to get my $30 massage at the local massage school this morning. Was shocked I was up 3 lbs today, hopefully Aunt Flo, but I am tired of struggling with my weight and not being able to eat a normal amount of calories. I have been careful to not eat too low and go into starvation mode but on average I eat 1500 calories a day MAX and am barely able to maintain. If I say I eat 'a lot' it is like 2000 calories or something - what I should be able to eat for maintenance. I do all the right things, and vary things up but I am just stuck. Really don't need annoying suggestions on what to do, trust me I have tried it all! I know people are trying to help but I do know WHAT to do, and have tried every possible variation upon this theme! Lets hope it is water retention and it goes away soon! Nevertheless I am stuck at 150 for months. And I burned my toast for breakfast!
