Way to go on getting that scale to finally move in a positive direction! Woohoo!! You will surely do fabulous tomorrow considering how hard you've worked--you will not lose sight of your end goal. You can do it! Happy early 6th birthday to your pretty princess!!!

Either my scale isn't accurate or I ate too much, but it's not budging AT ALL! Grrr! Well, tomorrow the UPS man will be bringing my NEW scale! WOO HOO! The good news is that I feel my abs ... tighter? yeah, that's it. Tighter. And I have to keep hitching my jeans up! Tape measure didn't move, either, though ...    Aren't you GLAD that day 6 years ago is in the past, and not today?!?! Yiiiiiiii! HAPPY BIRTHDAY, CELESTE!!!!

Quiet day planned, as was up with DD half the night as she has a very sore throat. She demanded a hot bath and a homeopathic remedy at 1.30 AM but it did seem to help! She seems ok otherwise but there are a lot of winter bugs going around right now. Hope she is better for her birthday Tuesday. Weight 154.6 again and I feel a plateau coming on!
