Main Goal for 2010 is to work on my health, I am not going to focus on weight loss because for some reason, probably hormonal, it is not happening. I have continued to eat healthy for the most part, and exercise a lot. I did take a break over Christmas, like over Thanksgiving, when I did not gain, because I just cannot live in a total state of deprivation and eat 1300-1500 calories to maintain for the rest of my life. So I have decided I need to eat very healthy, and focus on health not weight. I have crept up to 155 or so because every time I eat a normal amount of calories I gain. It is very frustrating and I really do not want any more helpful advice because I have tried everything, so need to focus on health more than anything and try and maintain where I am at. I do have some very worrying and new health concerns, not related to being a tad over a healthy weight, I need to focus on. I need to find the right practitioner who understands my body and healing as well, so am going to look for that too. So please don't tell me to eat more calories, less calories, calorie cycle, change up my exercise, do this and do that or stand on my head. People, I know what to do! I have been doing it, and right now I am going to focus on my health and not focus on the weight, it has become too frustrating and like beating my head against a brick wall.
