Sat



I had a nice day yesterday, went for two hikes and discovered a nice new hike, by a lake. I had Thai Food for lunch, then walked around town for a bit, then went to a Halloween Party for DD, which was ok but not my thing like social chitchat but DD had fun.

Interesting walk in the rain and at high tide on the beach, I asked a guy if it was ok to walk at high tide and he said yes but you had to dodge a few waves, so off I went, he did not mention the clambering over logs and jumping over rocks along the way! Very wet and having some interesting Earl Grey tea- I though the creamer was milk but it has some nutty chocolate flavor and not quite sure the combination works! The cookie was good though.     That sounds like a challenging beach walk. I would SO love that. Interesting tea, never heard of it. Where did U get it? I drink iced Earl Grey green tea for lunch EVERY day. LOVE my Earl Grey.

Wow busy day started at 6 AM, and did my work then dropped DD off at her school, went to see client, took dog for a walk, went to the bank and some errands, and the grocery store, went for my very nice massage, picked DD up, went to the Post Office, came home, had dinner, then taught my last class from 6 to 8, DH had to work late so DD had to entertain herself and she did amazing, then finally got her to sleep and finished up my 20k sprint count! Now got to to the dishes and off to bed! Worth getting up early for this sunrise tho!

    That's a full day. Aw, the massage, mine isn't until Wed. That's so cool DD was so cooperative. What a sweetie.

Have not been too organized with stuff lately, including steps, work, and DD, and end up being scattered and not doing anything at one time. I was getting up early to do my steps before she woke up but that as gone out the window or I have so many emails it just has not happened. So need to get more organized here! Have been getting my steps and making my goal and competition goals but late at night when she is in bed and its just so much easier in the mornings! Need to be organized with my eating again too!

    I hate getting off track. When I start putting other things/people first, that's when my health starts to suffer. It's funny how we can slip back into unhealthy patterns--sometimes it seems easier to do that instead of focusing on taking care of us first! Just know I'm rooting for you!

    It's SO easy to get sucked in2 cleaning out emails 1st b4 working out, & then it seems the time has gone to work out. I LOVE my 6:15 a.m. workouts.

I feel your lack of organization, I'm REAL bad about that. If U find the solution, be sure to let me know! LOL! I know what to do, it's just doing it. I do feel I have a touch of adult ADD

Amazing sky yesterday evening, looked like an eye! Made a new PB yesterday but need to get back to 15000 day really, still not losing weight tho, because am over-eating! Am getting in some kind of routine here with DD and her school but need to focus on her lessons more, but some issues with the on-line thing so things are on hold. Last week the teacher told me 'your daughter is amazing - I have never seen such persistence' lol can be good or bad tho. We were talking about what a mammal is, and a reptile and amphibians last week and I asked her what a turkey would be - she answered : 'dinner!' Her phonetic spelling is so cute tho PRTE=party WCOM=welcome and OFSS=Office. She can have her own new language and will be very good at texting!
