DD is at dance camp every day 12 to noon this week, so have been gone a lot, but getting a good walk in every day despite my food which is doing better, homeopathy is amazing I have to say. Definitely upped the aerobic steps too, I adjusted my weight last week for my new scale so I can see I actually did lose and am just having to bite the bullet and lose the weight! Tues
I know we all say numbers don't matter but look at us - we count every step, some of us count every calorie, we weigh measure, monitor heartrate and exercise minutes and thats what keeps us on track, for me weighing and stepping has worked great and tracking my calorie intake and the only way I am going to stay on track is to do it! I feel good as I enjoy the exercise and am resigned to a lower calorie intake for a while. At least I eat healthy and its only 10 lbs not 50 like it was. So more in perspective and down a little today - 9.8 lbs to go lol! Yesterday did 76 minutes of aerobic walking and 30 mins of laps in the pool, and today did 103 mins of aerobic walking - on a 3 hour hike, I forgot how useful it is the Omron pedometer tracks this - plus burned 368 calories walking yesterday, 388 calories walking today.
