Wed



More back to my normal energy today, though neck is out again but not bad, I skipped strength but normally have been doing it every other day or more. Had a lot of work today, but got everything done by 3.00 PM or so and then did some exercise, its very hot today here. We slept in the house again last night, we have a futon matress and it feels great, and so do the baths! More skies.

    Glad u are sleeping in the house! Bout time, huh? I went for a massage yesterday, at the National Holistic Institute local branch...and got a student massage for very cheap. She did Shiatsu, with my clothes on...and at first, I was disappointed, bec. of all the big knots in my shoulders, etc. but really it was wonderful. Very relaxing, and managed to get those knots
out too! I just found out about this place, and made another appt. for 2 weeks. I deserve it.

    I'm glad you are finally getting into your new home.
My bet is your energy level will be alot better living in a real house for a change and not having to deal with all the construction drama.

    How exciting, getting to sleep in the house. Glad your energy level was up 2day. Sorry about the neck. It's been 5 wks since my last massage & chiro adjustment, so I'm hurting, too. Not as bad as it could be going this long, but enough I can NOT wait until we exchange on Monday!

Feeling much better today, Aunt Flo really wiped me out and my weight is up again, not surprisingly. Even got within 10% of my goal of steps. I am over my average goal for the month, aiming for 12500 and 13346 and hope to get a hike in on Wed when DD is at her preschool.

Sunday



Very grumpy day and have not been able to stop eating but nothing tastes good or satisfying - anyhow Aunt Flo arrived and of course I knew that was what has been going on the past few days. I just feel drained and no energy though and hard to get motivated to even do my steps these days. Hope I feel better tomorrow, its funny how with all women every month it always seems to take us by surprise and we don't ever get used to it! I think I am just plain tired and need a vacation too and hope that will also happen soon.

    I can relate. Can't even remember since I was "enjoying" Auntie's visits...its been that many years. But I often feel drained of energy, because of the Hep.C. Definitely no fun.

    My Aunt Flo passed on about a year ago. Boy, was I glad to see her go! LOL. PMS sucks. You have my sympathies. I can totally relate to the feeling tired and drained of energy. It's a good time to be gentle with ourselves and listen to our bodies.

Progress on the house continues to be slow and frustrating but progress is progress. This is the final excavation, the septic is in but needs the electrical side finished and then permits. The excavation looks very nice and we planted some grass seed yesterday too.

More amazing skies from last night - we have beautiful evening skies from the new house. Hope we can officially move in soon and unpack our furniture! Will try not to whine so much today though! A quiet and not very productive day!

    What a gorgeous sunset!.....hope you get to move in soon.
I think friday's SUN Square SATURN (yikes!) was affecting us all...there's also a Mercury square....with Neptune and Jupiter, that don't help either.
