I see so many people on here set goals...and have decided maybe that will work for me, too. For the last month, I haven't lost any weight at all. I have recorded most, but not all of my food. So it was deceiving in my mind...I thought I was doing better than I was, but why wasn't I losing any weight. I also started the 5k rookie 8 week program. Workouts are never the problem. I love to workout, it gets out frustration, stress, and gives me an exhiliration.
What goals am I setting for the month of June:
-My brothers wedding is July 14, I would like to lose 10 pounds.
-Go to the gym 4-5 times a week
-Finish the rookie 5k training program
-Start drinking my protein/energy shakes for breakfast again
-Measuring myself every Friday
-Most of all, I am going to be honest with myself and hold myself accountable for the food I eat
I need to get back on track! I can do it! I will do it! I will let you know in 30 days....but with updates every week.
