So at some time you wake up and realize that this is not a diet, it will be the way you lead your life, the rest of your life. Yep, that's me, that's today... and I am perfectly OK with that!

I was bummed - gained a pound after three weeks of losses. Got really down on myself.... the I realized, hey, I'm nine pounds lighter then when I started. I'll take a 9 pound loss any ole month! So I'm continu'n to SPARK ON!!!

Looks like Monday's great weigh-in was false..... positive, but false. I am working my a... of just to hit the same mark this Monday! Sometimes that happens I guess.

    I have been reading lots lately about the fact that when you up your exercise the first couple weeks your weight doesn't move or can even go up a little.... Hopefully that is what you are experiencing!

Big Pay-off, great weigh-in!

Was VERY surprised to see a four pound drop this past week, the third week of my re-newed SP plan. But heck, I will take it for sure. That makes for a 9 pound total weight loss for the three weeks, very commendable. But I know that these missions tend to start out like gang busters then become more challenging as time goes on. Well, not this time. I've been here before and I know what I have to do! There is too much at stake, this, the 6th decade of my life. Concentrating on fresh fruit snacks, a light breakfast, salad based lunches and fish or poultry for diner was a great nutritional plan - one I can repeat time and again. Now, to add more exercise to the mix .... and of course, staying away from sweets and bakery products!
