I was bummed - gained a pound after three weeks of losses. Got really down on myself.... the I realized, hey, I'm nine pounds lighter then when I started. I'll take a 9 pound loss any ole month! So I'm continu'n to SPARK ON!!!

Looks like Monday's great weigh-in was false..... positive, but false. I am working my a... of just to hit the same mark this Monday! Sometimes that happens I guess.

    I have been reading lots lately about the fact that when you up your exercise the first couple weeks your weight doesn't move or can even go up a little.... Hopefully that is what you are experiencing!

Was VERY surprised to see a four pound drop this past week, the third week of my re-newed SP plan. But heck, I will take it for sure. That makes for a 9 pound total weight loss for the three weeks, very commendable. But I know that these missions tend to start out like gang busters then become more challenging as time goes on. Well, not this time. I've been here before and I know what I have to do! There is too much at stake, this, the 6th decade of my life. Concentrating on fresh fruit snacks, a light breakfast, salad based lunches and fish or poultry for diner was a great nutritional plan - one I can repeat time and again. Now, to add more exercise to the mix .... and of course, staying away from sweets and bakery products!

Well, Saturday went well, despite a nice steak dinner out at our favorite restaurant, The Old Stone Inn. Stayed within my range for the day, to the low side. So now it is my final day of the week before Monday's weigh in and I will not mess up. Already have some Chilean Sea Bass defrosting. I know it is damn expensive, but it will certainly help me stay in line for this weekend and achieve my goals.

That is very motivating indeed. You will continue to do this your resolve is based on facts that didn't happen a long time ago but recently. I tell you I have been big and small and small is better. Good luck and congrats.

OK, gotta stay focused today - will absolutely, positively stay within my calorie range!! I refuse to tear down what I have worked so hard to attain over the past 5 days!

    I am right there with you. I usually let myself have Saturday's "off" but not today. I am headed to the gym shortly. My husband and I are going out to dinner, I have already reviewed the menu on line and promised myself to make a healthy choice! Good luck to you too!
