Was VERY surprised to see a four pound drop this past week, the third week of my re-newed SP plan. But heck, I will take it for sure. That makes for a 9 pound total weight loss for the three weeks, very commendable. But I know that these missions tend to start out like gang busters then become more challenging as time goes on. Well, not this time. I've been here before and I know what I have to do! There is too much at stake, this, the 6th decade of my life. Concentrating on fresh fruit snacks, a light breakfast, salad based lunches and fish or poultry for diner was a great nutritional plan - one I can repeat time and again. Now, to add more exercise to the mix .... and of course, staying away from sweets and bakery products!
