125,000 Spark Points and still going....

Sunday, January 10, 2010

Not sure if this is a testament to longjevity (four years on Spark) or to determination? Either way it is a message. I enjoy this site, coming to log on it every day- as long as a computer is neaby. There are so many resources and things of interest, not just from the administrators who have continued to come up with unique ways to peak our interest with new formats and ways to receive information about the world of health and fitness, but mostly what keeps my interest is input from all of Spark's members. They are the true strength of this program. They make this site REAL! I enjoy the fellowship of my team members and seeing both the success and failure of our blogging, logging comrades in arms. Thanks to all for keeping me here and on a continued path to better health!

I've been down this path before and I always enjoy the thrill of the first week of renewed commitment, of absolute certainty of outcome. The adrenalin rush is fantastic. Can't wait to see my first week's results on the scale! I'm gonna knock my own socks off!

I'm with you Dennis! I've been MIA for several months. My tracker is reset to lose that weight all over again. I started tracking my food and exercising yesterday too. emoticon

You have some pretty concrete plans for January! Thank you for commenting on my blog! I read you intro & the best part is that you already know how to get there. I think everyone forgets sometimes that it's an ongoing process but I'm definitely going to try to "keep my eye on the ball!"
