1. Weight loss of 10 lbs (4+2.5+2+1.5 for the 4 weeks) (4 lbs lost 1-11-10)
2. Exercise - Ave. 10 min per day first week (ave was 5 min. per day - ouch)
3. Log daily on SP (yes, accomplished)
4. Monitor weekly, adjust if necessary! (that's what I am doing now!)
Overall, great progress. However, I need to kick up my exercise drastically, my program is to go to 15 min. ave. per day for this (2nd) week. Also the 2.5 lbs weight loss will be a challenge! Need to be sure to eat smart!
