A new year a new decade a new me.
January's Goals:
1. Weight loss of 10 lbs (4+2.5+2+1.5 for the 4 weeks)
2. Exercise - Ave. 10 min per day first week up to 15 min. per day last week.
3. Log daily on SP
4. Monitor weekly, adjust if necessary!

    I'm with you Dennis! I've been MIA for several months. My tracker is reset to lose that weight all over again. I started tracking my food and exercising yesterday too. emoticon

    You have some pretty concrete plans for January! Thank you for commenting on my blog! I read you intro & the best part is that you already know how to get there. I think everyone forgets sometimes that it's an ongoing process but I'm definitely going to try to "keep my eye on the ball!"

OK, the scale this morning was my wake-up call for a renewed committment to my better health. Spark has helped before,... and I am sure it is not broken; so I embrace all that spark is, its core values and its mission to help all of us (but me in particular) on our path to permanent good health!

Well, summer is ending and I need to take advantage of every bit of good weather, so.... I am off to Lansing for a weekend of 36 holes of golf at Eagle Eye and Hawk Hollow.

Vigilant Fridays

Fridays can be strewn with land mines. Usually I am so happy to be done with the week's work that I find myself in a celebratory mood, kicking back and partaking of wine, food and fun. I need to substitute, knowing that my health will bring me even better enjoyment in the long run.
