The best swing in golf is a repetitive swing - one that is consistent and does not change. To establish a repetitive swing you go to the practice range and hit many, many balls. We often refer to this process as "grooving your swing". A grooved swing is one that is effortless and smooth. The though process is almost non-existent because all the muscles work in concert with the mind to react in a universal mode - a grooved swing.
You can apply that theory to establishing a grooved life style - one that is healthy and sound. Where the nutritional process is literally automatic. So, like in golf, we need to groove our life towards the establishment of healthy eating habits that become effortless, automatic, smooth and easy. If it can be thought, it can be done.
