OK, after a week of hard work and attention to my nutritional intake, resulting in a five day streak of being under the low end of my calorie range you know something was going to happen. It did. I had a one dinner-night crash of about 1,500 calories (2,950 for the entire day) carrying me about 750 calories over my daily upper limit. Won't know how much this will hurt my weekly goal until tomorrow's weigh-in. Can your body really absorb a big excess of calories in one day? I bet it depends on what type of calorie - sugar, fat, carb, etc. I wonder.
