OK, the weekend is just about here and to top it all off, it is a Valentine's Weekend! So, be prepared. I have some nice Atlantic Salmon defrosting in the frige for tonight's meal with some fresh veggies and a large sweet potato. I will stop by the fish market on my way home tonight and pick up some fresh Chilean Sea Bass for tomorrow's dinner and Sunday will be a nice sea food Ceasar salad with the left-overs! That, and my determination to stay away from anything sweet, creamy or salty should keep me on track and thru the weekend.
