Ok, I have been working out hard since I started this, have lost minimal amounts of weight. Last Friday I was exhausted after having a rough night with the kids so I didn't work out. Saturday I was exhausted from having 2 kids keep me up all night. I get on the scale, hadn't worked out on Friday, and I lost .7 lbs I didn't work out Saturday either, Sunday morning the scale said a weight loss of .6 lbs Didn't work out Sunday, weighed Monday morning and lost 1.1 lb. Now, 3 days in a row makes it more than a fluke. I was scared to work out yesterday but I did anyway. Worked out for 75 min, light aerobic and strength.
Lo and behold, this morning, after working out yesterday, get on the scale, I've gained .2 lbs. Now WHY am I gaining when I'm working out!! Makes it difficult to keep working out when that happens! I've just started a fun new challenge, I don't want to drop out, but I also don't wanna keep holding onto this weight!
And for the record, I've had NO supply issues with my nursing.
