emoticon Yea for the good guys!!! Yay for the good guys!As were millions of good folks folks around the world, I was elated after the 2 terrorists were caught in Boston! How can anyone do such a horrible thing? The terrorist's father said his younger son was smart. What a joke!! Didn't they wxpect they would be caught? USA gave them asylum and that is the payback!

They did harm for their cause by slaughtering and maiming all those innocent folks. More and more folks will understand how these terrorists HATE us, I am reminded of the last lines of Wm. Shakespeare's play, "Julius Caesar". It was said by Mark Anthony as he views Brutus' dead body. "Oh judgement, thou are of brutish beasts, and men have lost their reason! Bear with me, my heart is in a coffin with him(the Boston and Libyan innocents) and I must pause until I regain it!" emoticon

I do feel sorry for their family but I wonder about the people who raise children like this. Where do they learn that it's okay to kill innocent children and adults? Why do they have no respect for human life? We need to beef up our security.

"I spilled my coffee!"

Friday, January 25, 2013

First of all, I want to say that I voted for Mrs. Clinton in the Dem, primary 5 years ago! I worked for her to be the candidate, but sadly enough that was not to be. I heard several times since then, that she was the most admired woman in the USA. When she was ill, I prayed for her quick recovery.

Finally, she testified at the Senate committe about Libya where 4 of the USA's best were lost to the thugs that attacked the USA embassy in Libya! What a bunch of coverup and answers that bordered on the absurb!

When she answered in a haughty voice, "What;s the difference?" regardinf this supreme sacrifice these heroes gave, I spilled my coffee/. It was reported on Fox News that the 3 new USA casualties from Algeria were IN on the slaughter in Ben Gazzi. C'MON , FOLKS WE are the good guys on we can et rid of these terrorists! emoticon

It looked like she was made to fall on her sword. I am sure that she was just following orders. My friend says that she had done a lot of good in New York.

I guess it depends on your point of view. I'm an independent. I watched it too and I have read the reactions from both sides to her testimony. The Republicans were chiefly attacking her for political reasons and she was angry and fighting back. I think her point is that the lives lost are what are the most important thing. 4 people lost their lives and everyone seems to always ignore the victims and talk nonstop about the perpetrators. Yes, they need to pay for this but we give them too much attention. It's why a lot of people do these horrible things - for their 15 minutes of fame.

I watched her testimony and thought the same thing when she said "What's the Difference" I've never been a big fan of the Clintons or and other politicians these days, and even less now.

Lives in Ruin!

Wednesday, November 21, 2012

There is no other country in the world that has stood up to constant shellings from folks who have it in their charter to destroy you than Israel. Suppose Cuba sent a shell into Florida, do you believe that the USA would retailiate in some way? Of course, they would, The people that shell Israel do it widely populated areas so they can gather "concern" for their terrorists brothers. When Israel shells back they do it far from civilian populations.

Yet, Israel seems to get negative press reports from places like CNN or MSNBC>

Today in Israel, a bus filled with innocent civilians was shelled and at least 10 innocent folks were badly hurt. One was a friend of my son's, who is a concert violist. It is doubtfull that that his career will proceed! emoticon

Libya

Tuesday, November 06, 2012

I come from a long line of Ameicans. My family has had losses in every war from the Revolutionary through World War 2. We know the history of each deceased realitive who gave their lives so we can have liberty.

The tragedy of Ben Gazzi was just too much for us to believe. The USAlost 4 of their bravest sons there. The reason, I call it such is that the current government would send NO ONE to aid them. It's as if, we are in a BAD DREAM. I couldn't write about it, at first, is due that I was and still am distraught about this waste of BRAVE men.

The administration "claims" they are investigating this! Give me a break!! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

You aren't alone. To be doing service for your country and they be ignored when you ask for help is unthinkable. And yet, it happened. Can't even imagine what those men felt like when know one came to help.

The Benghazi tragedy is nothing short of shameful. That's all I can say about it.

My son was in Afghanistan exactly 3 days when he lost comrades . . . THREE DAYS. On day #6 he himself was severely wounded (shot and shrapnel wounds from a grenade that exploded when he was down). He was stable enough to transfer back to his base in Alaska, wehre he's been since august 20th.

I thank God everyday that there are men and women brave enough to put their lives on the line for us.

It really breaks my heart that so many beautiful men and women give their lives for our freedoms and I pray their is an appreciation for what we have and support for those who fight for it.

Thank you for this blog. I just wanted to let you know you're not alone in your feelings.

A Tatoo Changed My Life! (maybe) True Story

Wednesday, October 17, 2012

A while back I was dating this macho guy, who had just been released from the UNITED STATES MARINES. He was a hunk and his muscles had muscles. The weather had just turned very warm and he invited me to go swimming, I did not notice when he took his shirt off. Two of his former school friends came up to him and then said, "Hi Gayle: Startled, I answerd that my nameis DeeDee. The guys winked at my boyfriend and went. An hour or so later, some more of his pals came up and called me Gayle. THEN I SAW IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! on his other arm, he haid a six inch tatoo of a former girl friend. a six inch heart that said GAYLE. emoticon emoticon

Well, this could go different ways.... and you don't say, but did you ditch Mr. Gayle's Former Boyfriend?? Or are you still dating him??

I've known a few who underwent the laser treatments to remove a tat. I've known who had the old tat covered up with a new tat. I've seen photos of 70 year olds who got their tats in the groovy-doovy 60's and now have saggy sundamaged skin - not the best canvas for displaying tats. So now I'm kinda glad I never got a tat because my skin isn't the greatest now. Kids names I can see - they will always be yours (even if you lose contact with them for whatever reasons).

And 6 inches, ehhhh?

That's a pretty long tat...
