This is my first BLC I have particīpated in, I never knew Sparks had this and am thrilled to find it, and look forward to this challenge.
Although a little over whelmed at the moment, I know the veterans help me along the way!
Looking For All Around Better Health, Not By DIET, but by LIVE IT!
Losing a few pounds, and/or inches would be great also!
My goals, water water water, gotta get that water in!
Exercise, I already am getting a mile in every morning b4 work at 3am, my day is much better by doing it.
Tracking, I know I do best by tracking..
Also last but not least, making new friends that struggle as I do.
For now I have to let go of the anxiety, and embrace this BLC Challenge.....
