My Goals For BLC 22

This is my first BLC I have particīpated in, I never knew Sparks had this and am thrilled to find it, and look forward to this challenge.
Although a little over whelmed at the moment, I know the veterans help me along the way!
Looking For All Around Better Health, Not By DIET, but by LIVE IT!
Losing a few pounds, and/or inches would be great also!
My goals, water water water, gotta get that water in!
Exercise, I already am getting a mile in every morning b4 work at 3am, my day is much better by doing it.
Tracking, I know I do best by tracking..
Also last but not least, making new friends that struggle as I do.

For now I have to let go of the anxiety, and embrace this BLC Challenge.....
Thank You All for ur patience with me, and let's just enjoy this 12 week ride!

    Deb, good start to a new YOU! I admire you getting up early and getting your day started. I used to be diligent about it and well, I need to find my way back to my a.m. workouts. Here it is 7:15 and need to hit it!
