Putting on my thinking cap and vision glasses...
I will be fit 'n healthy. I'll be able to ride my bicycle, hike in the woods, dance, play games like kickball, and go sledding with ease. (I can do all these things now, but it would be much easier with less weight and more muscles.)
I'll like my reflection in the mirror. I'll know that I've done everything possible to look vibrant, radiant, and healthy. For now... I'll fake it until I make it. Update my style. Take more care with my appearance.
Food will have a proper place in my life... not central stage. Food will be used to fuel my body. I will have a repertoire of healthy recipes that I use often. Right now, I will start planning healthy meals and trying new recipes.
I will be joyous and happy. Less stress. I will use meditation and positive affirmations and friends to help me with this goal.
