Back On Track ~ Week #9

YaY! Well I am more than excited to report that I have FINALLY found my way out of the 150's!! WI today showed me great numbers on the scale ...numbers I haven't seen in a really long time. I'm happy to be sitting at 149.5 lbs!! Weight Watchers is definitly proving to be the best weight loss program for me. Incorporating Weight Watchers Flex points system with the fitness program of Spark is awesome! ...My running program is also going great. Today I start week two, yay!!!

Back On Track ~ Week #8

Wow Wow Wow Wow Wow!!! ...Very crappy news to report for my WI day (yesterday)! Gained 1.5 lbs which officially put me right back at the weight I started with eight weeks ago, ARGH!! Most of the morning was spent being very frustrated and mad at myself but then I decided that I'm the only person who can do anything about this ...I need to take a big step and get back on track, and not just say it, actually do it ...move forward with this journey instead of being stuck and not really caring what was going on with me! So yesterday afternoon I got my girlfriend Rochelle to help me look for information about TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly). We found out that there are meetings once a week just 10 mins from my house, woo hoo! So I contacted a lady about it and will definitly be starting that as soon as possible!! I've also recommited myself to Weight Watchers. After I sat down and read through my journal that I hadn't writted in since September 19, 2006 ...I realized how much more successful I was with WW. On another happy note I also started that running program lastnight. It went well and it was a great workout, and believe it or not I am definitly looking forward to working on it for the next either weeks!! I also did 100 crunches so that made me happy. I'm really going to get back on track this time ...for real! Keep your fingers crossed for me.

It's super hard to believe that I am still in the 150's. I am so upset with myself for not working harder these past weeks! I've never had such a hard time getting focused, motivated, encouraged to lose weight ...it amazes me that I haven't been more pumped to do this!! I'm a little late with this blog and tomorrow is my WI for Week 8 ...yikes ...and I peeked at the scale so I'm positive that once again I will have yet another gain, sheesh!! I'm beginning to realize now more than ever that I can't do this on my own ...I'm having such a hard time, more so then I ever though possible!! Something is going to have to change and fast otherwise I won't be seeing my goal weight in April ...it just seems SO far away!! Tomorrow I will starting an eight week running program and this time with NO excuses! ...I AM GOING TO DO THIS!!!

    I know you can do it sweetie, we are going to kick butt for April, my goal is 130 for Easter and it seems like right around the corner and I have 13 more pounds to go and its scary to think I might not make it =/ *meh* right? NO. We will motivate ourselves to get to the gym or workout at home or wherever we can. I know you have the strength, you've come a long way and I know you wont see that progress ruined. Go get em girl! xooxox

Back On Track ~Week #6

Well here we are ...my last WI in January 2007! Hard to believe that I'm already in week six being back on track though. I have to admit I am frustrated with myself. I have been doing forty minutes of cardio everynight burning around 420 calories, I've also been doing some strength ...mostly 200 crunches and sometimes working with my arms & legs but definitly not often enough. I am beginning to think that maybe I'm eating more calories that I figure ...I don't feel like I'm overeating but I also haven't been measuring or keeping track of my calorie intake as much as I should be. I was down 1 lb this week so I'm sitting at 150 lbs ...really hoping to see 140's this week but I've been saying that for a few weeks now with no luck! It's sure a good thing I have until April to hit my goal weight otherwise I'd be very discouraged right now ...so here we go again!

  


Back On Track ~Week #5

HI everyone! Well here I am the end of week four ...started one month ago at 153 lbs and I'm at 151 ...argh!! I worked hard this past week, cardio everyday and 150 crunches which I am very excited about. It's hard to believe that under my extra flab my stomach is as hard as a rock, woo hoo! I was up .5 lbs at WI today and that was rough but I'm not going to give up ...I'll keep on moving along with my journey! Goal is 135 by April 30 ...!

    Hello...look at all you have acomplished. I know that you can do this last part but you are so close and you CAN and WILL do this last part. I beleive in you! Look at how you have motivated me and so many others. You've hit a little bump, I bet you get over it and then be right as rain.
