As I embark on this journey of becoming a healthier person I want to remember to have fun and enjoy this time. I know that there will be ups and downs. Life is never a smooth straight road. I feel that the ups and downs of the road bring variety and change to the journey. I alone will choose how I view the journey and all that it will bring my way.
