A is for ABOVE and BEYOND...Does competition push you?I do my best when I am competing because I am a very competitive person.
B is for BLC rounds... Newbie?My first biggest loser. Done the amazing race but this is the first.
C is for CHILDREN...you have? I have 3 children and 3 grandchildren unless you count the husband than I have 4 children -:-)
D is for DOWNFALL...what's you're biggest temptation? Any kind of Mexican Food and I love Pasta, potatoes, chips.
E is for EARLY Bird or Night Owl? Very definitely and early bird. Up usually at 5 am 7 days a week.
F is for FURRY FRIENDS...you have? 1 rescue dog named Panda. She is my baby.
G is for GROCERIES...what do you fill your cart with? Chicken, pork chops - huby's favorite. Lots of fresh and frozen vegetables and fruits. Progresso soups for lunches. Almond Breeze milk for my smoothies
H is for HOME...where do you call home? Spring, TX. But would go back to Georgia if the opportunity ever arose.
I is for INSPIRE...who or what is your roll model/inspiration? My children are my inspiration. They encourage me every step of this journey.
J is for JOB...What do you do for a living? I do the billing for a chemical company.
K is for KEEP IT SIMPLE...What's your healthy focus when short on time?15 min on the treadmill and deep breathing exercises.
L is for LOG...Do you use the Nutrition and Fitness trackers? Yes - both SparkPeople and Fitbit.
M is for MARRIED, Single, Involved? Long time committed relationship. the M word scares the crap out of me - been burned really bad before.
N is for NAME...What's the meaning behind your sparkname? That i what my goal is. It help me remember everyday why I do what I do and why I make the changes I do.
O is for OUNCES...How many ounces of water do you consume on a daily basis? up to 36 - 42. Working on getting more.
P is for PRODUCE...How many fruits and veggies do you consume daily? at least 4 of vegetables not a good on the fruit. But I have been adding fruit to my smoothie and snacking on apples.

R is for ROUTINE...Average number of days and minutes you exercise weekly? 5 days at least 25 min.
S is for STATURE...How tall are you? 5'3
T is for TIME...What time zone are you in? Central
U is for UNWIND...What is your favorite pass time or hobby? Crochet/knitting
V is for VACATION...If you could travel anywhere, what destination would you choose? New Zealand. It has been my dream for as long as I can remember.
W is for WEIGHT WORKOUT...Do you follow a consistent ST program? No I don't . Need to work on strength training.
X is for "X" MARKS THE SPOT...What do you want to see happen these 12 weeks, other than the scale move? I want to establish really good eating habits. Learn how to make good subtitutions and make lot of new friends and hopefully actually meet up with someone in my area and go walking.
Y is for YESTERDAY...Do you dwell on poor choices or allow them to push you forward? I would have to say sometimes it's both. But mostly the latter.
Z is for ZERO...name one weight loss tool you couldn't live without? Spark People.
