I'm doing well.
No Dr. appt's until tuesday. I ahve had him keeping an eye on me every day this week. He's a good Optholmologist and i feel confident I will be okay with him. As my eyes are somewhat resting I'm not on the computer quite as much. But I am here. I appreciate and love all of you. thank you for your prayers and positive vibes.

I think that how one lives is more important than how long one lives.

I had a /dr. visit this afternoon and there was no worsening of this contidion that I ahve. He wants to see me DAILY to keep an eye on mey. One of the things he requested in the blood work was back and it was normal. That is good. There is one more he's waiting for. No Gilles Barre Syndrome. No sagging in the face on one side no pain whatsoever.

He's covering all the bases. Taking good care of me. It can be a blood clot behind the nerves behind the eye. Next week I will probably ahve a CAT scan. Because of my Cochlear implant I can't have MRI's. There is a neurological Muscle disorder it can be as well. If nothing shows up he is talking about a quick surgical procedure to fix the muscle in the eyelid.

Meanwhile my lovely loving beautiful supportive friends please bare with me. It is sucy a strain for me to use just my right eye. Both eyes are actually broken. I will be on the computer less to give my eyes a break. I'll be blogging and reading blogs & that's about it.

Yesterdays Optholmologist appt is still a mystery to me. there are no answers as of yet as to why my eyelid is drooping and the foggy vision.He did rule out infection and a stroke becayuse there was no film over the eye. I just got back from having lab work done to see if it can be any muscular diseases. He does believe this is diabetic related. I just have to wait until November 8th to find out what is going on.



Meanwhile reading on the computer is a chore. I am getting tired of sitting at the computer because i am using only my right eye to do the focusing.
Diabetes ran in my family. Out of 4 kids and a Mother who was diabetic I am the only one who is Type 2. the twins and my brother and mother were all insulin dependant.

I am doing my best to eat healthy and exercise and lose weight.

I want to thank all of you for being so caring and supportive of me. You mean the world to me and keep me hanging in there.

I have apples cooking in the Crockpot with cinnamon and a wee bit of sugar. It smells heavenly in here.

I went to my Dr. appt but learned that he had jsut been called away on an emergency and i was rescheduled for tomorrow at 1:15. I will be sure to let you all know how it went. Momentarily there is or has been no changes.

No matter how hard things get I will stick with the alternative. Negativity is not accepted

I'm going to ask for positive thoughts and prayers to please be sent my way.

My vision is pretty sucky right now. My left eye won't open up. I ahve an appt tomorrow with my Optholmologist. There is no signs of a stroke. It's all an eye thing. reading is sure a chroe right now. It's a big strain on my right eye. I almost never complain but this takes the cake. Just saying...

I've I'm not around posting as much you know why.
