I want to learn to relax more emoticon
get more organized emoticon
eat more protein emoticon
walk a lot more emoticon
be more consistent with weight training emoticon
try to become more flexible emoticon
and mix up my routines emoticon

like you...maintain for life!!! emoticon

I only walked and did some heavy cleaning yesterday-I have a belter of a cold emoticon

But today it's a core workout and a walk before brekkie.

8 alternating bicep curls w/ 10 lbs
8 concentration curls w/ 8 lbs

Haven't done up right rows in a long time
That's on top of my daily 30 min walk:)
Took about 26 mins

8 up right rows w/ 5 lbs & a 2 sec hold emoticon
40 sec plank emoticon

1 min jogging in place emoticon
12 hammer curls w/ 8 lbs emoticon
punches for 1 min emoticon

What are your goals for the week?

I want to work up to holding a plank for more than 1 min...any advice?

    Try to hold out for as long as you can to a record on tape or radio, concentrate on your breathing and the lyrics- it works; I can hold on for 3 mins now!

    Thanks Nadine! I really love making up my own workouts and pushing myself. Running in place isn't my favorite...but I did go fast:)
Planks are still hard. I engaged my core and was breathing very hard. But, I didn't give up. Good advice to keep pushing by 10 secs:)

    Interesting workout! I know I can do 30 sec plank, not sure I can do a whole minute anymore! So, since you can already do a 1 min plank...maybe increase it by 10 second intervals?

Got Bok Choy at the market today:) Haven't had it in a long time. I boiled it when I made pasta. It came out great. I like it, since it's crunchy. Do you guys like it?

I'm trying to be more consistent with eating more veggies:)

    I've never tried Bok Choi. I've had Pak Choi which is really nice and I really like chicory too :)
