Good day, everyone! I'm sure I'm just one of thousands on Sparkpeople posting a blog today about their goals for 2010. But first, I'm happy to report that 2009 went pretty well. I didn't lose as much weight as I wanted to, but I AM much healthier. I exercise now! I never thought I'd say that (ha-ha). Plus, I've noticed my food habits have changed dramatically too.
For 2010, I resolve to:
Keep doing my Leslie Samson DVD on a regular basis- probably 4 times a week
Lose 30 pounds, which I'm breaking down into 2.5 pounds per month. It seems like having a deadline is more motivating and I figure this goal should be something I can really do, and also to spoil my cat even more than I did last year!
We had a wonderful Christmas here. My Daughter (Jennifer8998) and I are getting caught up on our CCSS team (plus we each lead another team apiece!) before the New Year. We've gotten so much snow in the last week that I'm afraid our house is going to be buried...well, the cars might be buried at least, ha-ha. We've gotten 16 to 18 inches of snow, plus it's been drifting a little bit. I don't think my Husband is setting New Year's resolutions- I've got one for him...finish the "re-modeling" we're doing...ha-ha. Bet he wouldn't find that very funny!
