My sparkbuddy MikeAZ just came back to Sparkpeople after a little break. He shared that it's the magic of SP and the encouragement that is plentiful that will help him travel towards his goals. I challenged him that I will use the nutrition tracker with him - like a pact.

frustrated, mad, and bored. Every week I look at my actions and the scale (and tight pants/tops) and the anger continues to rise. I have my goals posted around the house, pack my food, go to the gym and the results are the same: no change in inches or pounds. I need a serious kick in the pants/head. Any advice? anything that has worked for you?
I'm at the end of my patience - even my baggy clothes are tight. I WILL NOT BUY BIGGER CLOTHES.
Not starting over, not bashing myself - just seeing it for what it is- a journey. Went on two vacations: one to Hawaii and LOVED it and one to family (a little more stress). Had wonderful experiences and indulged: time to get back to earning the treats and actually producing a deficit in my caloric life. Let the summer carry me far.
