WOW! When I fall off the bandwagon, I go tumbling down the hill too! LOL
The kids are just about out of school for the Summer and I couldn't be happier. Coaching 2 different kiddie soccer teams has not had the effect I thought it would with weight loss. In fact, I gained weight! Really?!
Well, the diet is still in full swing. Weather is nice for walking, garden is planted. REALLY need a walking buddy nearby.

Try to walk evey single day and you'll get used to it alone or with a buddy. WAlking is a great! I have been walking for over an year now...! Hope your dieting is still going well. HAppy summer! :)
Ahhhhhh... the kids are back to school after what seemed like an extraordinarily long Spring break. Clean up was yesterday. Today, I find myself just wanting to plan my garden. The weather is warming up and I'm starting to see my plants waking from their Winter's nap. Oh do I love this part of the season. Not very hungry today. Been drinking alot of water. Wonder what's up with that..

I wish spring was in the air here in Standish. I still need a winter coat yet, it is only 30 out right now
not too shabby. Hubby and I went out to eat Saturday night at El Salto. Mmmmmm Mexican. I realized there's alot more veggies than I thought! It was nice to let my hair down and enjoy a "burritos mexicanos"
Got the garden weeds pulled and raked over. I am ready to start transplanting all my veggies. It gives me such a sense of accomplishment to grow our foood in the Summer. not to mention the peaceful feeling I get tending my garden.
Spring break is over for the kiddos. YES! Guess I should get some rest.
So far I can honestly say this has been easy. Of course, it's only day 1. I wasn't hungry at breakfast, but ate anyway. Apparently, I may have been sabotaging myself by NOT eating! Who knew?! I've followed the menu Sparks has made for me with a few exceptions. I had regular coffee this morning instead of decaf. Decaf? In the morning? I don't think so. LOL. I've also tried to get up and moving more. That has been an ongoing battle. Not tracking THAT yet, one thing at a time. I have noticed I have a bit more energy. Hmmm. Anywho.. Spring cleaning today is definitely helping me forget about food. In between meals I've been drinking water.

Thanks so much guys! I think baby steps are a great way to start in that you're changing your lifestyle, not just going along with yet another diet. I'm going to try to blog daily, but, with 3 kiddos, I may slip a bit here and there.
