Gee you got alot of changes.

So WONDERFUL your husband is home. We were thrilled when my nephew got back from Afhganistan.

That is so, so great your brother is doing better. I bet he got anew lease on life.

Also good you got a fitness partner now that you had to move too.

Welcome back. emoticon

venting about green

Friday, January 25, 2013

Don't get me wrong i'm all for going green saving as much plastic from the earth as possible and i love the work Nestle puts into that....BUT

I do not like the new lid(not real new) i have trouble opening it and i know it's not just an old person thing..lol my kids don't like it either. I have been having issues with the joints in my hand the past few months and sadly i think i am going to have to go for another option for water i hate tap water (weird i grew up in the country where you learned to like what ya got) but needless to say it is what it is guess i better put my big girl panties on and DEAL with it.....sigh

Now that my venting is over i had a good day i started the new meds i was worried about and i didn't feel no drastic change and was happy about that,i stayed in my eating range and getting in fitness i cleaned out some closets which i have been needing to do (movement) and cooked a pot of black beans without burning them which i do when i try to cook beans and get to busy in the house :)

I wish anyone reading this a good night and a happy healthy day tomorrow

I can totally recommend the Brita water filters! I have a Brita pitcher at home and I use it all the time for my water. As I live overseas I stocked up on filters before leaving the US for this Post and I have to say it really saved us here. They even have a Brita filter that you can screw on to your kitchen tap that some folks at Post use. The pitcher and a water bottle is how I get my water every day. No need to keep buying the bottles of water.

Hope that little insight helped.

You are so right. Change feels so good when it's heading in the right direction. I have been following the SP program for 10 months today and I feel at least five years younger than I did just one year ago.

Keep on sparking. Keep on changing. You will feel even better.

Wishing you the very best as you go forward. emoticon

Sunday, January 13, 2013

ok i need help...so i tried a new sugar free syrup but the nutrition facts are coming up wrong i'm thinking because of the Sugar Alcohol because i'm really not sure where that goes. and all the other SP who put this in it came up wrong too because it is 20 calories a serving and i seen a 2 and a 15 which makes me change my mind and put the info in myself everytime even if it is a pain.

has anyone else had this problem??

I did but it's not coming out right but i just wrote it down and added it. Thanks for helping! emoticon

I would enter it in manually with the values according to the label on your package. (there should be a thing on your nutrition tracker to "enter a food not listed". Then I would check the box to save it in favorites so that you can just click on it from there and the correct info that you entered would come up each time you use it. Hope that helps!
