I lost another 2.4 pounds even after taking about 4 days off from eating like I should. So I'm happy. :D I was worried it would be up a little this week or show no weight loss....but it didn't so that's my sign to keep on going. :)

Well, it took a couple days to gain my motivation back from my weekend and Disney. I didn't follow a diet but I walked and walked and walked. LOL We did 4 parks in 2 days and OMG my legs hurt so bad. But it was good though because even with the slipping and not following and plan and eating bad foods I only gained .4 pounds as of this morning. With weigh in officially tomorrow morning. So, time for me to get back on track. I have no more trips planned that should interfere with eating...so lets do this!

I have decided that I'm going to weigh in every Friday. Even though I just started on Monday I figured I would weigh today just to get on track. I'm down 4.2 pounds since Monday - while I know a lot of it is water - I'm good with that. Weight is weight. LOL I'm going out of town for the weekend to Disney World and while I know I won't be watching my calories like I have been all week I know that I will get PLENTY of exercise walking. Good luck to everyone that weighs in today and those that show a gain no worries - tomorrow is a new day! emoticon

Added some exercise!

Well I was sitting at the house doing nothing so I decided to go up to the gym (I live in an apartment complex) and rode the exercise bike for 30 minutes. I probably could have gone longer but my back has been bothering me and I didn't want to risk hurting it anymore than it already hurts me!

I'm so excited - not just because I was able to do the 30 minutes but because I took the initiative to go up and do it when I could have easily sat home doing nothing.

Day 2

Well, I survived yesterday. I stayed in my calorie range, no sweets, no Mt. Dew, and I drank my water so all in all a good day! emoticon My problem with exercise is that my lower back ALWAYS hurts. Of course when it hurts, I don't want to exercise. emoticon So i'm like a catch 22. I'm not really worried about exercise this week. This is the week to focus on food and not worried about the other stuff.

My doctors are also changing my meds around (gained 20+ in 2 months thanks to some pills) so hopefully that will stop the rapid gain I have had. :)
