dinner is sometimes hard for me because i have sons that will come in the house and say i just ordered supper and i got you this and that is where i get goofed up on my intended calorie intake for the day i do better if i know ahead so , i can tell them what do get me they mean well but food seams to add calories on me
I think part of my problem, is that my husband's a toothpick! I feel inferior when he loves food and can eat whatever he wants, while I love food but can't!
Plan Plan Plan - I was often a victim of the "what's for dinner" issue and find that if I plan out a full week of dinners, shop for the week and post what we're having right on the fridge I stay right on track. Happy planning!!
