Breakfast: reduced sugar brown sugar & cinnamon oatmeal, weight watcher vanilla yogurt and some blueberries. Tastes more like dessert than breakfast!
I had to go to the grocery store at lunch time. They had some samples out and I was hungry so there was a little nibbling going on. I just counted it as 100 calories.
Lunch: low carb 80-calorie tortilla, turkey deli meat, mustard and cheese; apple slices; boiled egg stuffed with roasted garlic hummus. I think I prefer it with the regular hummus.
Found some all natural cookie dough at HEB (our local grocery store).
And each cookie is only 80 calories!!!!
They're so good!
Dinner: burgers made with 98% fat free ground beef, mustard, pickles, and cheese; baked Ore Ida steak fries (3 oz is 120 calories!) Burger is served on sugar free whole wheat bun.
for dessert I had an Attune bar. They're found in the yogurt aisle of the grocery store in a small box. Just do a search for Attune bars and you can find where to buy them near you!
Only 80 calories, 5x the live cultures in yogurt, and they taste decadent. VERY good.
Later on I snakced on 1 oz of "Just Fruit Munchies" dried fruit. Only 100 calories for a big serving.
