Bad Day

I'm mad and ready to eat everything I can get my hands on. I've done well though - drank a large glass of water and going to treat myself to a couple cups of coffee with sugar free vanilla or hazelnut flavored syrup. 0 everything for 2T just what I need for my coffee, and skim milk.

I mostly nanny and this week and next I'm on the night shift. I also do a little cleaning on the side and I just "picked up" a new client. Well so I thought. I had to rearrange my schedule for the day (fiancÚ is out of town) with the dog and shift some things around for tomorrow also. Well I get to my new cleaning job to find nobody home and all the doors locked. I even wrote an email on Monday to confirm today's cleaning. I drove an hour round trip (with traffic) right by my nanny job for no reason. It just burns me up how inconsiderate people are. She knew my situation with the nannying and we were going to work around the day shift hours. So I wrote her an e-mail when I got home and asked what the deal was. I told her that I found it very inconsiderate of her not to even e-mail me if she didn't want the cleaning service. I told her how I wasted my gas, and my time for NOTHING.

Well I smell my coffee - hopefully I can keep my hands out of the cookie jar before I have to go nanny.

    That stinks! Sorry some people are so inconsiderate! At least you aren't taking it out on your body, which isn't easy I know. Hope the rest of your day is better!

Week 2

Well I had a bumpy weekend but I lost over 3 1/2lbs this week. I have identified most of my problems (portion sizes, emotional eating, eating when I'm bored, skipping meals and then binge eating after skipping). I am going to try much harder these next few weeks to exercise more. I am on night shift so I will have more time to fit it in. I hope that everyone had a good week and hopefully this week will be just as great or better!!!!!!!!

    I eat when I am bored or watching TV myself or even while I am cooking dinner. I bought gum, lots of gum and I chew it when I know I will get bored or THINK I want something to eat. You aren't alone, I am there with you.

Congrats on the weight loss, sounds like you are doing well. Great job!

Well it's been 1 full week and I lost 4lbs. I couldn't believe it, I thought that I was going to lose only 1 or 2 being sick and not being able to exercise like I wanted to. I was so happy when I read the scale this morning. Hope everyone else is having success this week. Remember we can all do this together. Happy Sparking Everyone!!!!!!!!!

Sick but.........

Headcold really setting in but was able to do about 30mins of a wii workout (biggest loser). Very happy I was able to get up and move last night. I keep telling myself I just got to keep moving. Thank goodness I have a great fiance who is also there to push me when all I want to do is sit around on my button.

    Oh that is too bad. I was sick last week. I did my deep breathing exercises and it helped me get over my cold. Hope you feel better soon. Remember, doing anything around the house is being active!
