OK, so today I went to the gym to do the elliptical. I did that 12 minutes, then I started the circuit training class. Boy, that circuit training was no joke, I am still feeling the effects from the exercises. My trainer was excellent and motivating and I will complete the circuit again. This is something that I really needed, this is the push that will help me reach my goal...can't wait till Thursday

I cannot believe it has been 3 months since my last entry...I need to step this up a few notches. Today I have completed 20 min of kick boxing with Jillian. I like her because she makes me sweat, shows me how to do the moves and it works for me when I am consistent. I need more encouragement to stay consistent and maintain a routine when it is working for me and to stop self-sabotaging myself when I am making great progress. I am determined to conquer my weight loss fears and reach my goals. I am determined to progress professionally as well. I have been nervous on taking my next step and excited at the same time. Since I have my degree I will now apply to the state of FL to register as an Intern for my LMHC. My next step is to take the exam for the NBCC. I have a study partner and just need to do it....

My next blog will be more encouraging and will not have soo much time in between.

So today I decided to take a walk alone, no kids they slow me down. To my surprise my s/o walked with me as well and began to speak to me about my health and fitness. He stated that he will make it point for us to walk together since he needs and want to get into shape as well. He walks 4-6 times weekly, I walk 0-1 times weekly. His walk almost crippled me, not only did we walk, we jogged as well!!!! I was soo short of breath and tired and sweaty that I cannot wait for us to do it again. I am just soo glad he is there for me what an encouragement. Although he did request that I start cooking real food again since he is not on a diet, I just laughed.

Woo hoooo, I have lost 10 lbs and I am soo motivated right now. It feels great, I want to keep doing this. My bad habit is when something is working for me I tend to get scared and do something else, I need encouragement.

Yes y'all, I lost more weight and still maintaining within my food goals also. I am feeling great and super motivated, I will stay focused and on this path to a healthier lifestyle.....
