Beautiful, new Revelaton

Praise the Lord! I went to a class at church last night that I've been going to for 5 weeks. Last night was the last night. They study is called Love and Respect and it's mostly for improving marriage, but last night, he made a wonderful impact on my thinking.

When we speak to others, we need to speak to them as though we were speaking to our Lord Jesus. He said, 'when you do until the least of these, you do unto me.' Now I need to do all things as though I'm doing them unto the Lord. Maybe my stress level will get better when I have better relationships with my family and friends.

    Well, feeling good and being able to do the everyday activities of life usually shows we are healthy, whereas feeling bad and not have the energy or ability to do things would show we are unhealthy.

Trying to get motivated

Here I am, several months into this and I'm still the same. I don't know what's wrong with me, but I need to get motivated. Today I worked out to Coach Nicole's 12-Minute Seated Core Workout, tomorrow, I plan to do the 11-Minute Cardio. If I can keep doing this, then hopefully I can get stronger and start doing more.

    Thank you for the wonderful thoughts. And I'm incorporating the small changes today. I'm going to go out and start plans for my garden and work in the yard as some exercise.

I'm also going to work on being a better wife and mother because if I want my family to be better, then it needs to start with me.

I'm kind of excited. just 2 small changes, one in movement and one in relationships.

Thank you Lord for everything you put before me, good or bad, because I grow from it. Praise the Lord.

    Just make one small change at a time. As it becomes a habit, add one more. Continue to do this until you are doing what works best for you. Remember these changes are for a lifetime...a lifetime where you will be as healthy as possible. If things seem a bit out of control, pray. It really will help. God knows our every need.

    Yes, little steps will eventually get you there. It is better to have slow change that is permanent than fast change that also goes away quickly.

    Set small achievable goals. Then once your are able to complete them it will motivate you to keep reaching your goals.

Trying to get back on track - Healthwise

I'm writing in my paper journal and now on this. I went to the dentist today for my cleaning and I haven't had my teeth cleaned like that in years. They hurt. But it will be better.

I'm calling today to reschedule my sleep study to get my CPAP. I can't wait, I'm so tired of being tired. If I can get it going then I can get better.

I'm going to be getting new glasses soon too. Maybe I'll be able to see better.

We have been walking to pick up our little one from kindergarten. It should be helping all of us. Didn't walk today, but....
