It wouldn't allow me to access this web page.
I have never used artificial sweeteners. Any time I have tried something with them in -I just about gagged. My body clearly doesn't want this stuff. Water or herbal teas are the only beverages I need and fruits are my sweet treats. Here is to eating natural..

I avoid both sugar and sweeteners. Since I ditched that sweet tooth I haven't missed it :-)

And then we wonder why and how our country has become obese! It's insane and ashame!! We are purposely putting our population at risk for disease and early deaths.

Important healthcare info that could cost you if you do not know about.

Thursday, October 02, 2014

New information about health insurance CHANGE CAME IN May 2014 ...Cost Control Plan for health care could cost you.you just might want to pay attention to the latest health insurance jargon. It could mean thousands of dollars out of your pocket.
The Obama administration has given the go-ahead for a new cost-control strategy called "reference pricing." It lets insurers and employers put a dollar limit on what health plans pay for some expensive procedures, such as knee and hip replacements.
Some experts worry that patients could be surprised with big medical bills they must pay themselves, undercutting financial protections in the new health care law. That would happen if patients picked a more expensive hospital — even if it's part of the insurer's network. bigstory.ap.org/article/cost-control

I too, am grateful I do not live in America for all the healthcare I need. I wonder what people could even do about this?

Gosh, no wonder we see more people coming here to Mexico for procedures. Guadalajara, which is the city about an hour from me is known for it's excellent healthcare. And it's like 1/4 of the cost of the states. I was shocked to see a $10,000 bill from when I had to go to the ER in Pennsylvania the last time I was in the states. The same care here where I live could have been done in my home for like $400. That's why I hate to travel. Plus the people here in healthcare are so much nicer and have great bedside manners. I am glad that I am planning to get old and stay here for care in Mexico.
