I've been doing some of exercise everyday since the 15th. That is my goal. To finish out the month with some form of exercise a day. Luckily I have dance twice a week so that takes care of that for me. A lot of strength training like pushups and squats. Two more days!

Still Sleepy

Even though I went to bed on time. I am still sleepy. I realize also that even though weight loss is a day to day process I try to plan for a week and I fall off after three days. Maybe I should do three days at a time. If I want to lose weight I really need to exercise. I need to move. I have become very sedentary. That is no good. No matter how well I eat not going to lose any weight just doing nothing. My fingers should be small with all the time I spend on the computer.

    Sorry to hear that you are still sleepy. I feel some days I am like that too.

You would be surprised how important eating habits are to losing weight. It is definitely a balance.

Did 20 mins of yoga this morning. Yeah! My goal is 10 mins of fitness daily. I will be helping a friend move today. Will that count as fitness and if so what should I list it as? Read the Our Daily Bread Devotional today. It was talking about community. Which is fitting since I will be helping with a move today. Now its time to get ready for church.
