Even though I went to bed on time. I am still sleepy. I realize also that even though weight loss is a day to day process I try to plan for a week and I fall off after three days. Maybe I should do three days at a time. If I want to lose weight I really need to exercise. I need to move. I have become very sedentary. That is no good. No matter how well I eat not going to lose any weight just doing nothing. My fingers should be small with all the time I spend on the computer.
