So this is going to be an introduction to my schedule, my future progress, and to date stats.
Well to introduce myself, my name is Danielle, i'm 22 and i live in Essex. I have a son who is now 8 months old so i work around him, and i have recently entered myself into a 5 mile marathon to push myself to get fit (because i don't want to look like an idiot lol).
I am one of those people who tries all kinds of diet and always trying to lose weight, yet always gives up. I looove my food, so i cave in to eat what i want quickly lol. I am also lazy (if I'm honest lol) so doing exercise requires a huge amount of effort.
Before my son was born i was a regular gym member, i have also been to Slimming world, done a week on the Insanity programme. However this year i joined a bootcamp to which i go twice a week for an hour, its high interval training like Insanity, so far i've been to two classes and i have another one tomorrow.
I have planned my workouts as the following (which will be active as of tomorrow lool);
Monday: bootcamp
Tuesday: Insanity dvd and crosstrainer
Wednesday: Slim in 6 dvd and crosstrainer
Thursday: Insanity and crosstrainer/jog
Friday: Jog and crosstrainer
Saturday: bootcamp and jog
Sunday: reeeeessssst
Now the plan is great its just sticking to it, which is why i wanted a motivational buddy. The bootcamps will happen its just the home ones i worry about.
