God I missed Soccer

So the shop below us asked if we wanted to join them in a game of soccer this morning, hell yea woke up at 5 am and went to the field we played from 0530 to 0639 we won 4-2 and i was amazing at goalie (keeper). I love being the keeper played in middle school high school, travel and club and since ive been in the marine corps over 4 years i havent played much but it felt great to get back on the pitch and do what i love and that is to block shots and destroy the hopes and dreams of would be strikers haha

Biceps Pump Questions??

So my bicep day went well but its weird the only muscle i feel the pump in is my biceps, not my back legs or chest why is this anyone know what i am talking about

    Maybe try different bicep exercises that incorporate different movements.

    If you want to feel that burn in the other muscles, make sure you're working them until exhaustion, i.e., do a set at the heaviest weight that you can do. emoticon

I am 6 pounds away from my goal weight but at the same time all i really want to do is decrease body fat so as long as that is happening i dont honestly care what the scale says i see my body changing daily from all the rigorous exercises i put it threw and that is enough for me

Lack of sleep but still strong

So duty yesterday produced a lack of sleep but still came home played with my daughter, went to the gym, on the advice of a good friend bought Hemorage ( a pre workout ) and definitely felt the pump in my back gratitude for the advice.
