Here's how the week went:
Sunday, I hopped on the spin bike (unclipped) before the Body Pump class.
Monday, I didn't sleep well and was attacked in the face all day by my allergies; rest day.
Tuesday, another rest day.
Wednesday, I went straight to the gym after works (both jobs). I was hangry, yawning like crazy, and was in no mood to be instructed (gym classes).
I hopped on the stationary bike for 45 minutes.
Thursday, my gym time was overtaken by my nephews' Back to School Night. By my calculations, he should be learning Calculus by 3rd grade He's in Kindergarden.
I hopped on my mini cycle at home.
Friday, the run I had planned was foiled by the weather; hot and humid. I didn't feel I was hydrated well enough to attempt any outdoor activity. I did move boxes at work.
Saturday, I gave up my Cycle class time to be at work moving boxes.
Here's the plan for next week:
- Go to the gym 4 days/week Didn't happen
- Eat within range 6 days/week I went over on Monday.
-US Election Day Maintenance Challenge (from 9/2 - 11/3) center weight: 121 lbs
Current weight: At center weight!
- Eat only one chocolatey snack/day
- Run at least 5 miles/week
Didn't happen. I logged zero miles this week.
