Here's how the week went:
Sunday, I did the Stair Master for 15 minutes before the Body Pump class. I didn't run because I just wasn't feeling it. I did go heavy with the weights on the upper body exercises.
I did day 1 of the 30 day Little Black Dress Challenge before dinner.
Reminder of the challenge:
Monday, I paced in the hospital lobby while my sis got her gallbladder removed.
I did day 2 of the 30 day Little Black Dress Challenge after dinner.
Tuesday, I used my mini cycle while watching The Biggest Loser and did day 3 of the 30 day Little Black Dress Challenge afterwards.
Wednesday, I moved boxes at work for an hour. Day 4 of the Little Black Dress challenge was a rest day.
Thursday, I walked after dinner and did day 5 of the 30 day Little Black Dress challenge afterwards.
Friday, I danced and used my mini cycle at work. Mostly to try to keep warm, the building was freezing all day. I felt like I was in a meat locker!
Saturday, I walked around (inside) the laundry mat while the clothes was in the washer. It was freezing cold outside and crazy windy. I also did days 6 & 7 of the Little Black Dress challenge. I forgot to do day 6 yesterday, I blame it on brain freezer burn. (Refer back to Friday).
The tentative plan for next week:
I need to force myself to get to the gym this week (for stress relief), but by leaving most days blank it'll feel like I actually had a choice about it
