I have about finish my 2 challenges and meet most of my goals, i have to admit those challenges were hard for me at first, i was not use to setting healthy goals before, so it was truly a challenge, when i finish these two challenge i am going to do 2 more challenges and stick to my new way of living.God Bless.

I nedd to ask a question how do you keep up with all of these goals it is wonderful and I love this site i'm glad i sign up?

  Thank you all for the advice of keeping up with these goals, they are a helpful i've only been in this 4 months but i'm getting the hang of the start page is working wonderful i'm meeting my goals. Once again thank you have a blessed day.

    Hi Jackie. I use the nutrional tracker everyday. It is a marvelous tool to see what you are eating, drinking and how many fruits and veggies you eat a day. If you go to the start page and scroll down you will find a place that says my summary calendar on the left hand side. If you open that you will see how it can count calories, fitness minutes, calories burned and spark points that you earn everyday. It tells you how to get started. I usually check mine at the end of the day to see if I've met the goals I've set for myself. And as Pam said, go to other goals and set up what you want to have. Each spark team that you are on has goals also, like drinking 8 glasses of watter a day, etc.

    On the SparkPoints Page there is an "Other Goals" column. You can use that to keep up with certain goals. Also you can record in your journal. The journal can be found on the same page as the "Planner."
