Today was my first cooking class. I made chicken a la king and put it on top of spaghetti squash. Mmm mmm good. DH actually had 2 servings.
I had fun shopping for the ingredients - cumin, 4 peppercorn pepper in its own grinder, green onions, red bell peppers and lo salt lo fat cream of chicken soup. I already had the spaghetti squash which we just put spaghetti sauce on usually. My calorie count came out to 415 for the meal, 1303 for the day and my best carb, protein fat breakdown ever. (carb - 48.8 , protein - 20.6 , fat - 30.6)
