I feel so good. I've been off my antidepressant for a week and have been worried the cloud would come back but so far so good. I feel strong, powerful, good. I am so glad I have started taking care of myself. Exercise is so essential. It really helps lift my mood.
Depression has been part of my life for so long, I can hardly believe that I am feeling the way I am without any drugs. I will keep an eye on my mood but I believe that if I stay motiviated, focused and active I can stay un depressed. Wish me luck.
