Yesterday was an off day for me. I hadn't slept well for a couple of nights in a row and I was very tired. As the old saying goes - HALT when you are Hungry, Angy, Lonely or Tired. I was hungry and tired -- I ate over my limit and only did my strength training, no cardio.
Well, in my "maturity" in this program, I am putting that behind me and doing my regular routine today after a good night's sleep. I should have just gone to bed last night, but I didn't. Today, I am back on program. Older and Wiser.
