I didn't do well last night. I had a low calorie day, then got hungry when I went to bed. I haven't eaten late at night for a long time but I did it last night and ended up over my calorie range. I had only done 30 min of walking yesterday so I didn't burn many calories. I did snack on healthy food but I went over my calories by 400. ooops! I actually ate more calories than I burned yesterday which I haven't done in months.
I think that the lessons I learned were:
1. I didn't eat junk, I ate healthy food so I did get some nutrients
2. I don't do well with deprivation
3. I should try to stay in the middle of my calorie range
4. I will get right back on the program today
No reason to beat myself up, I am learning lessons.
