Well, I'm working on our town's walking challenge and have increased my steps every day.
Sat - 6739, Sun - 11050, Mon - 11848, Tues - 13076.
I'm going to try the new step part of the fitness tracker but I'm just going to log steps over 10,000 since we are all supposed to get in 10,000 steps a day so I guess that counts as BMR.
I still can't get over how much I am enjoying moving my body. Even my strength exercises are becoming easier if not exactly more fun.
